Mrs. Sona Lisa Coffey Presley, 64, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at her home in the Butler community. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 8th, at Butler Pentecostal Church, with Rev. Gerald Butler and Rev. Ronnie Cartwright officiating. Interment will be in Butler Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Presley was born February 21, 1956, in Kentucky. She attended Lakeview High School in Clearwater, FL. She was an accomplished seamstress. She had many interests including spending time on her IPad, camping, and enjoying the old cars that her husband and son built, but her favorite time was time spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Coffey; and her mother-in-law, Alma Presley.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Harold Presley; a son, Cary (Christie) Presley of the Butler community; three daughters, Marcia (Michael) King of Brooksville, April (Duane) McDaniel, and Sam (Robert) Kratzer, both of the Butler community; a sister, Carolyn Franklin of Union, MS; eight grandchildren, Dylan Manning, Jacob McDaniel, Carlee Presley, Presley Kratzer, Taylor McDaniel, Peyton Kratzer, Clay Presley, and Caroline Presley; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Roy Taylor, Scott Taylor, Matt Taylor, Dalton Sizemore, Everett McBrayer, and Lee James.
