Virginia Lee Carter, 58, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at the Winston County Hospital, Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral Service will be Friday, at 1 p.m., from Pleasant Ridge M. B. Church, Noxapater, MS. Visitation will be Thursday, from 12 noon until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Mrs. Carter will be placed in the Church on Friday, one hour before service time. Burial will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Noxapater, MS. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.
