Funeral services for Mrs. Krystal Thompson Boatner will be held at 2 PM Friday, October 28, 2016 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Randall Boatner and Rev. Gary Caudill officiating. Interment in Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County. Visitation will begin at 11 AM Friday, October 28, 2016 at John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services.
Mrs. Boatner, 31, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was a homemaker. She was a member of ASPCA. Her hobbies include music, animals, cooking, Mississippi State and New Orleans football. Mrs. Boatner was a member of Way of The Cross Baptist Church.
Preceded in death: parents, Michael Lawrence Desporte and Yvette Thompson; son, Joshua Davis.
Survivors: husband, Bob Boatner; sons, David Riley and Michael Riley all of Philadelphia; brother, John Holland Jr. of Biloxi; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rev. Randall and Sandy Boatner; aunt, Lillian Desporte; several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Pallbearers: Miles Thompson, Philip Desporte, Edwin Desporte, Gayle Hood, Richard Hood, Alan Desporte, Jonathan Nowell and Jason Reed.

Mrs. June Etheridge Addkison, 86, died Thursday, October 13, 2016, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 15th, at Calvary Baptist Church, with Rev. Johnny Collins officiating. Mrs. Addkison was born April 9, 1930, in Louisville, MS. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she served as the music director for 30 years. June was also a piano teacher, and a member of the Louisville Music Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Dwight Addkison; and her parents, Pauline Haggard Etheridge Landrum and James Horatio Etheridge.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary June (Kevin) Cooksey of Vicksburg, MS; one son, Larry (Jan) Addkison of Louisville, MS; two sisters, Jamie Harrell of Rayville, LA, and Etta Carpenter of Ocala, FL; one brother, Tam Etheridge of Jackson, MS; one sister-in-law, Elwyn Addkison Porizky; five grandchildren, Molly (Will) Taylor, Adren Cooksey, Kurt (Claiborne) Cooksey, Cameron Cooksey, and Andrew Addkison; and one great grandchild, Maeley Taylor.
Pallbearers will be Adren Cooksey, Kurt Cooksey, Cameron Cooksey, Andrew Addkison, Will Taylor, and Dillon Reed.

Dero Trice, 92, passed away on October 3, 2016 at his residence in Starkville. He was retired from Amtrak Railways, member of Bevill Hill Methodist Church in Louisville, MS, and WWII Army Veteran, where he was a radar operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John William Milton Mack Trice and Viola Futrell Trice Varner; his wife, Christine Trice; and son, Johnny Trice.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary Virginia Anderson(Lonnie) of Starkville, MS; son, Tony Allen Trice of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Cassandra Renier, Regina House, Johnny Trice, Chris Trice, Amy Jenkins, and Codi Wallace; 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS, with the funeral service immediately following. Rev. Todd Chesser will conduct the service. Burial will be in Bevill Hill Methodist Church Cemetery in Louisville
