Elizabeth Ann Robertson, age 81, passed away on February 4, 2022, at her home in Louisville, Mississippi, with her loving family by her side. Funeral services will be 12 noon Monday, February 7 in the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be the day of the service from 10:30 a.m. until service time at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi. Interment will immediately follow the service in Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Mississippi.
Elizabeth Ann was born July 30, 1940, to Stephen and Anna Laura Eldridge Rogers in Meridian, Mississippi. She was a member of Ellison Ridge Baptist Church. On March 6, 1966, Elizabeth Ann married the love of her life, Travis, and they enjoyed 56 years together. Most of her life was spent as a loving homemaker; although as a young adult, Elizabeth Ann graduated from cosmetology school and worked at Files Barber Shop.
Elizabeth Ann is survived by her loving husband Travis Robertson, and two daughters Cynthia (Scottie) Johns and Desha (Tommy) Trosper all of Louisville. One of her greatest joys was being “Mamaw” to her three grandchildren: Eric (Nicky) Trosper, Cole Starnes (Samantha Hamilton) and Nathan (Mitzi) Trosper as well as her seven great-grandchildren: Lillian Trosper, Elizabeth Starnes, Harper Starnes, Ethan Trosper, Madelyn Trosper, Alyssa Trosper, and Cade Trosper. Elizabeth Ann was preceded in death by her son Ricky Eugene Robertson and her parents.
Serving as pallbearers are Cole Starnes, Eric Trosper, Nathan Trosper, Cole Clark, Preston Foster, and Jacob Johnson. Memorials in honor of Elizabeth Ann may be given to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital online at lebonheur.org.
