Mrs. Dollye Walker McBrayer, 78, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at her home in Louisville. Graveside services and interment will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 5th, at Indian Springs Cemetery, with Rev. Franklin Smith officiating. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. McBrayer was born May 18, 1943, in Winton County, MS. She was a caregiver for the elderly for many years and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. W. McBrayer, and her parents, Charlie and Lilly Walker.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelia (Bobby) Lloyd of Noxapater, MS; her son, Paul (Kathy) McBrayer of Louisville; her sisters, Nancy Bradford of Columbus, MS, and Joyce Bushey of Millport, AL; her grandchildren, Robby (Kassie) Lloyd of Noxapater, MS, Missy (Matt) Young of Louisville, MS, Blake, Mason, and Gracie McBrayer of Columbus, MS, and her great grandchildren, Kody and Kyler Young, and Zack, Taylor, and Katie Lloyd.
Pallbearers will be Robby Lloyd, Zack Lloyd, Kody Young, Kyler Young, Brandon Burrage, and Maddox Willis.
