Helen Henderson McDonald, 92, a homemaker, from Stewart, MS passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Southlake Hospital in Clermont, FL. Ms. McDonald was born July 14, 1925, in Montgomery County, MS to Floyd Henry and Betty (McCalister) Henderson. She attended Stewart Baptist Church in Stewart, MS.
Funeral Services for Ms. McDonald will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS, with Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow in Milligan Springs Baptist Church Cemetery near Stewart, MS.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018, from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS.
Ms. McDonald is survived by one son, Eddy McDonald (Melanie) of West Point, MS, two daughters, Sharon Howell (Greg) of Jackson, MS and Betty Charlotte Nichols (Ken) of Clermont, FL, seven grandchildren: Brent Nichols, Todd Nichols, Kenna Schwirian (Michael), Courtney McDonald Coleman (Chris), Jared McDonald (Emily), Carly McDonald, and Ashly McDonald, and eight great grandchildren: James Nichols, Collin Nichols, Jenna Nichols, Aumbriel Schwirian, Elijah Schwirian, Tyson Coleman, Marlee Coleman, and Connor McDonald.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Milligan Springs Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
