Timmy McKinley, 54, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at his residence in Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2015, in the Nowell Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Keen and Rev. Jason Gross officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service from 1 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
Timmy was born on October 25, 1960, to Billy Joe and Nancy Thomas McKinley. He was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church; and he retired from Moody Construction.
Mr. McKinley is survived by his wife of 28 years, Wanda McKinley; two sons, Aubrey McKinley and Drew McKinley; and his brother, Tommy McKinley and wife, Sharon, all of Louisville. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Mona Wylie and husband, Stacey, of Brandon, Mississippi; his father-in-law, Ralph Rogers; his step-mother-in-law, Shirley Whitehead both of Philadelphia, Mississippi; and his granddaughter, Kiley McKinley of Jackson, Mississippi. He also leaves behind a special friend, Ronald Rogers, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his mother-in-law, Margaret Williamson Rogers.
Serving as pallbearers will be Marion Breckinridge, Byron Drewry, Ross Gregory, Drew McKinley, William McKinley, James Thomas, Blake Tullos, and Ben Wylie. Memorials may be given to Good Hope Baptist Church, 11766 Hwy 490, Louisville, MS 39339.
