Addie attended Pleasant Ridge M. B. Church until her health failed. She was on the usher board and she was a caregiver for the community children.
Addie departed this life on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Jimmy Moore and her sister Mattie Sue Moore.
Addie leaves to cherish her memories, 3 loving children, Jeffery Moore(Vicki), Shelia Smith(Emette) and Danny Moore(Valeria), one sister, Shirely Hudson(Herman), one brother, Flay Moore(Bonnie), 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 3 very special friends, Sammie Lee Haynes, Ida Jean McFarland and Chloe Triplett and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
