Funeral services for Mr. Chuck Barfoot will be held 3:30 PM Thursday, September 26, 2024, at East Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Dwight Faulkenberry officiating. Interment will be in Henry’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1 PM – 3:30 PM Thursday, September 26, 2024, at East Philadelphia Baptist Church. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Barfoot, 68, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024, at his home in Neshoba County where he lived most of his life. He was a member of East Philadelphia Baptist Church, and he worked at Weyerhaeuser. He was a Scottish Rite Mason, and a Shriner. His hobby was tinkering.
Mr. Barfoot is preceded in death by his parents, Jo Lynn Barfoot and Dr. Jimmy Barfoot, Charles Stokes; brother, Rusty Barfoot.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Kay Barfoot of Philadelphia; stepmother, Janette Stokes of Nanih Waiya; daughter, Mandy Guess (Brian) of Philadelphia; sons, Marc Barfoot of Philadelphia, Heath Manning (Ashley) of Flowood, Chance Barfoot of Philadelphia; sisters, Becky Ellis of Philadelphia, Michelle Keever (Myrle) of TN, Mellisa Pritchett (Matthew) of Louisville; brothers, Ricky Barfoot of Philadelphia, Johnny Stokes (Martha) of Nanih Waiya; (10) grandchildren; (4) great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
