Services for Lori Ellingburg will be held Monday, May 24, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Tony Roberts and Rev. Heath Ellingburg officiating. Burial will follow in the Ocobla Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, May 23, 2021, at McClain-Hays Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Ellingburg, 53, of Philadelphia, died Friday, May 21, 2021.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County and graduated in 1985 from Neshoba Central High School. She worked as an assistant teacher at Neshoba Central Elementary School for several years. She enjoyed crafts and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Ellingburg was a member of Ocobla Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Frankie Ellingburg; daughters, Britney Kirkland (Nathan), Bethney Thames (Ben); son, Heath Ellingburg (Savanna), all of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Taylor Kirkland, Caleb Thames, Karsyn Kirkland, Reid Thames, Maddox Kirkland, Addie, Annie, and Conner Ellingburg; mother and stepfather, Sarah and Paul Freeman of Philadelphia; sisters, Janet Joiner of Philadelphia, Rhonda Drury of Noxapater; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding Mrs. Ellingburg in death was her father, Mickey Warren.
Pallbearers are Ken Drury, Kenny Drury, Chance Parker, Emory Joiner, Brian Joiner, Josh Lewis, Brandon Stubblefield, and Dakota Stubblefield.
