Sue was born on May 4, 1951, to Pete and Rose Prisock Bradford. She was a member of Bevill Hill Church; she worked as a registered nurse at Oktibbeha County Hospital until her retirement. Sue enjoyed God’s creation by being outside; and she loved animals, especially her beloved cat, Sunny.
Sue is survived by her husband of 17 years, Geary Edmonds; and her sister, Melba Bradford Smith and husband, Billy, all of Starkville. She loved being “Aunt Sue” to nephew, Danny Smith and wife, Rena, also of Starkville; to niece, Teressa Smith Hooper and husband, Don, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; and great-nieces and nephew, Anna and Lisa Smith; and Hunter Hooper all of whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Vietula Edmonds of Starkville; and her uncle, Terrell Hamill, of Louisville. Sue was preceded in death by her parents; and her infant brother, Steve Bradford.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brad Bradford, David Gray, Ronnie Massey, Steve Massey, Blake Prisock, and T. J. Prisock. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
