Mr. Wesley W. “Buddy” Kelley, 81, of Noxapater, Mississippi, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi, on Saturday, February 11, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, February 12, 2012, from 1 p.m. until service time at Hight Assembly of God Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 12, 2012, at Hight Assembly of God Church inNoxapater, Mississippi, with Rev. Jim Mannon and Rev. Toby Halfacre officiating. Interment will be in Hight Assembly of God Church Cemetery.
Mr. Kelley was born July 4, 1930. He was a member of Hight Assembly of God Church in Noxapater. He retired after working in the Maintenance Department at Taylor Machine Works for 37 years.
Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife, Susie Kelley, and three daughters: Betty Lynn Haggard and husband, Jimmy Gale; Connie McKinnion and husband, Michael, all of Noxapater, Mississippi; and Sandra Woodall and husband, David, of Anniston, Alabama. He is also survived by his son, Terry Kelley of Louisville, Mississippi; and his sister, Pearl Duran and husband, William, also of Noxapater, Mississippi. Mr. Kelley is survived by six grandchildren: Tricy Beth Haggard, Kharm McAdory, Adam Kelley, Shane Kelley, Erica McKinnion and John McKinnion, as well as, six great-grandchildren: Wesley, Macy, and Gracey McAdory; Alisa and Alexis Kelley; and Conner McKinnion; and one great-great-grandchild, Kate Drury; and his special niece and nephew, Dennis and Diane Callahan. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Elmer and Lessie Dempsey Kelley; and six brothers, John, L. D., Howard, James, Albert, and Walter Kelley.
Pallbearers will be John McKinnion, Shane Kelley, Adam Kelley, and Randy Kelley. Memorials may be given to the Hight Assembly of God Church Building Fund, 105 Hight-Moore Road, Noxapater, MS 39346.
