Otis was born February 18, 1933, to John King and Mary Hill Houston. He was a member of Vernon Methodist Church and the owner of Houston’s Windshield Repair in Louisville and was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. Otis enjoyed bird hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Otis is survived by his wife of 59 years, Virginia Carr Houston; his daughter, Lori Stevens and husband, Trey all of Tullahoma, Tennessee. One of his greatest joys was being “Granddaddy” to his two grandchildren: Lindsay Hagstrom and husband, Christian and Zach Stevens and his fiancĂ©e, Erin Ringenberg. Otis also leaves to mourn his sister-in-law, Maxine Houston. He was preceded in death by his parents; his two brothers, Theodore Houston, Olyn Houston and his sister, Jessie Houston White.
Serving as pallbearers are Larry Hemphill, Robert Hisaw, Charles Holley, Charles Johnson, Jacob Johnson, Steve Jernigan.
