Vickie was born September 25, 1958, to E. C. and Juanita White. She was a member of Bedford United Pentecostal Church in Bedford, Ohio, and she was totally devoted to her job, boss, and employees as manager for Swiss Port Air at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
Vickie is survived by her mother, Juanita White of Louisville; and her brother, Randy White and wife, Anita, of Sturgis, Mississippi. She is also survived by her niece, Cassey Wells; her nephew, Bay White; her great-niece, Kayla Wells; and her great-nephew, Peanut Wells; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Ms. Breest was preceded in death by her father, E. C. White; her grandmother, Lila Yarbrough and her grandparents, Bay and Floye White.
Serving as pallbearers are Mark Forsman, Jacob Kirkland, Jeffrey Kirkland, Trenton Kirkland, Paul McMahan, Hardy Waltman, and Danny Yarbrough. Memorial contributions in honor of Vickie may be given to American Cancer Society, Hospice Services of South West General, 18659 Drake Road, Strongsville, OH 44136.
