Mrs. Prisock was a homemaker. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, of the Eastern Star, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary. Jean was raised in Beth Eden and Louisville where she was actively involved in activities at St. John’s Lutheran Church. She attended Blue Mountain College and traveled extensively with her husband, Frank, who served in the United States Navy.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter: John Ronald Prisock (Patsy) of Sturgis, Mississippi; Richard Dell Prisock (Debbie) of St. Eustatia, Netherlands, Caribbean Islands; Lori Jean Prisock Shaw of Plano, Texas; and Robert Darryl Prisock of Bakersville, California. Jean is also survived by six granddaughters, four grandsons, four nephews and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Prisock was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Dell Prisock; her parents; and two brothers: Howard Earl Richardson, who was killed while serving in World War II, and Robert “Bobby” Joseph Richardson of Birmingham, Alabama.
Pallbearers will be Robert Alan Richardson, Chris Richardson, Andy Richardson, Dylan Prisock, Jonathan Ratliff, and Brad Scarborough.
