Mrs. Crenshaw was born August 27, 1939, in Louisville. She was a graduate of East Central Community College, and was a retired owner of Louisville Florist and Ackerman Florist. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Darvin Young and Bill Crenshaw; a son, Dennis Young; and her parents, Nona and Wilkes Boswell.

She is survived by her brother, Jimmy (Betty Mann) Bowell of Louisville; her brother-in-law, Guy (Dot) Young of Louisville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church of the American Cancer Society.
