Mrs. Mary Cleta Forsythe, 71, died Saturday, May 5, 2012, at Louisville Healthcare. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, May 7th, at Flower Ridge United Methodist Church, with Rev. Larry Haggard and Rev. Scarlett Shepperd officiating. Interment will be in Flower Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Flower Ridge Methodist Church. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Forsythe was born February 15, 1941, in Arthur, Tennessee. She was a homemaker and former owner of the Ole Rebel Café. She was a member of Flower Ridge United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Allan Forsythe of Louisville; a son, Greg (Penny) Forsythe of Louisville, a daughter, Diana (Joe ) Crocker of Brandon, MS; 4 grandchildren, Phillip Forsythe, Michael Crocker, Adrienne Forsythe, and Austin Forsythe; and 1 great grandchild, Kimberlynn Faith Warren.
Memorials may be made to the Flower Ridge Cemetery Fund.
