Dale was born January 13, 1967, to Kenneth Collins, Sr. and Marion Martin Collins in Jackson, Mississippi. He attended Antioch Baptist Church in Louisville. For approximately 10 years, Dale has worked as a paint operator at Taylor Machine Works. He loved to fish and he enjoyed watching football and NASCAR. Most of all, he loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them.
Dale is survived by his wife, Tracy Brannon Collins of Louisville; and two sons, Chase Collins also of Louisville; and Caden Collins of Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. He also leaves behind his uncle, Ronnie Collins; and aunts, Jessie Faye (Woody) Woodiel; Donna (Pete) Crowell; and Georgette (Steve) Harmon; as well as nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. He is preceded in death by his son, Cody Collins; his parents; and his brother, Douglas Ray Collins.
