Scotty Gray Smith, 75, passed away at his home in Louisville, Mississippi, on Sunday, October 6, 2024. Visitation will be Monday, October 7 at Massey Funeral Home in Louisville from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 8 in the Massey Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will immediately follow the service in Camp Ground Cemetery.
Scotty is survived by his daughter, Melanie Ford and husband Kiley of Columbus, Mississippi; and his grandchildren Eric Gray Ford (Sara Kate) and Aubrie Clair Shumaker (Eli). He also leaves behind four great-grandchildren: Jolene Gray Ford, Robert Yates Ford, Emma Jo Shumaker, and Scottie Anne Shumaker. Scotty is also survived by his brother, Jerry (Becky) Smith; as well as his loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Scotty is preceded in death by parents; and his brother, Joe Smith.
