Helen was born March 17, 1955, to Carl Ray and Mary June Sweeney Street in Memphis, Tennessee. She was an avid reader; and she also enjoyed knitting and sewing. Helen was an awesome cook and she very much enjoyed cooking for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed working in her yard with her flowers. Helen loved to laugh and she was known for her loud, infectious laugh!

She leaves behind her devoted husband of 46 years, Andrew Cefalu; and two sons, Bubba Cefalu and wife, Candice, of Louisville; and Drew Cefalu and wife, Melissa, of Madison, Mississippi. One of her greatest joys was being “Mimi” to her four grandchildren: Cooper, Layla, Lynnlee, and Ella Cefalu. She also leaves behind two brothers Carl Ray Street, Jr. and James Malford “J. M.” Street both of Leland, Mississippi. Also left to mourn her passing is a special niece, Felecia Jones and husband, Matthew, and their daughter Aubree of Eudora, Arkansas; as well as other loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Dana Street.
