Born the youngest of 10 in Noxapater, MS, Charlotte Marie Webb McCullouch was loved and doted on by her older siblings all of her life and they were just the beginning of the boundless love that she gave and received throughout her incredible life. Charlotte learned to love the outdoors and embraced fresh air at every chance. She graduated from Louisville High School in 1963 and the next day, married her husband of 59 years, Larry McCullouch. The biggest loves of her life, her children, Charles L. McCullouch, Jr., Marla Jackson, and Joshua McCullouch. followed. She became their first and best friend and created a warm, nurturing, and loving environment for them. She instilled in them a passion for hard work and for following their dreams. She was their biggest fan and most fierce protector. Charlotte was a remarkable cook and used her creative talents in outlets such as decorating and making a perfect home. She was an avid learner often reading Merck Manual into the night just for the thrill of learning something new! Charlotte had a keen sense of humor and indulged in a few guilty pleasures including shopping and a love for “Days of Our Lives” that spanned decades! She was always impeccably dressed and prided herself on her manicured toes and perfect hair. She had a true servant’s heart and loved the Lord. She embodied the Godly woman in Proverbs 31 and reflected it in her demeanor daily. She would do anything for her family except compromise her principles. She was a member of the D.A.R. and of East Louisville Baptist Church. She retired from the Mississippi Vocational Rehabilitation for the Blind where she used her natural gifts for compassion and encouragement. Charlotte went to be with the Lord on December 7, 2022 at 77. Her passing leaves a void that her family can never fill. She cared for them and put them first until her final breath.

She is survived by her husband, Larry McCullouch of Flowood, MS, son Charles L. (Chasity) McCullouch, of Brandon, MS, daughter Marla (Paul) Jackson of Columbia, MO, and son Joshua McCullouch of Flowood, MS, three sisters Janice Carter and Libby Farish both of Louisville, MS and Ruth (Don) Kitzelman of Omaha, NE, six grandchildren, Cameron Jackson, Caroline Jackson, Sean Patrick McCullouch, Kellen McCullouch, Charlie McCullouch, and Lars McCullouch, and two great grandchildren, Lucy Marie McCullouch and Luke Patrick McCullouch.

She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Vida Edwards Webb; a sister, Walterine Tucker, and five brothers, Major, Bryan, Presley, Jerry, and Billy Joe Webb.
