Arlene was born on August 20, 1956, in Winston County, MS, to Hubert and Inez Richardson Miles. She was a graduate of Nanih Waiya High School, and worked for many years in food service at Lakeside Personal Care Home in Noxapater, MS.
She is survived by her husband, William Rudolph Watkins of Noxapater; a son, Alfred Miles of Noxapater, MS; a sister, May Dell Flake of Louisville; and two brothers, Vester Lee Miles and Artis Miles, both of Louisville, MS.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Watkins, Randy Watkins, Michell Watkins, and John Boswell.
