Janice Elizabeth Crocker, 86, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 10, 2014, at Louisville Healthcare Nursing Home in Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2014, in the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Lundy and Rev. Hubert Yates officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service from 2 p.m. until service time at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.Ms. Crocker was born on December 23, 1927, to Curtis and Annie Green Alexander. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, and she retired from Winston County Hospital as a dietician.
Ms. Crocker is survived by her daughter, Martha King; her granddaughter, Faith Richard and her husband, Jeff; and three great-grandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth, and Paul Richard all of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by her sister, Faith Ballard and husband, C. L., of Escatawpa, Mississippi; and her brother, Jimmy Alexander and wife, Callie, of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Crocker; her parents; and her siblings, Louis Alexander, Cleo Alexander, Willard Alexander, James L. Alexander, and Parry Lee McDonald.
Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Adcock, Kevin Adcock, Bubby Alexander, Bobby Hood, Kenneth Hooks, and Jeff Richard.
