Janice was born June 3, 1963 to the Parents of Carl Graham and Rosie Bell Moore in Winston County Mississippi. Janice is survived by; daughter, Latifah Moore; siblings; Belinda Moore (Gene Carter), Carl Graham, Jr., Travis Graham and Marilynn Graham and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
