David Lee Reynolds, 66, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, March 12, 2021, at his home in Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, March 14 in the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Williams officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service from 2 p.m. until service time at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville. Interment will immediately follow the service in Flower Ridge Cemetery.
David was born February 1, 1955, to Grady and Odessa Judge Reynolds in Fort Benning, Georgia. He was a member of Flower Ridge Methodist Church. David enjoyed being outside; he especially enjoyed deer hunting. He was an avid fan of Mississippi State baseball, Atlanta Braves baseball, and New Orleans Saints football teams. David enjoyed listening to 50’s and 60’s Rock ‘n Roll and knew all of the artists and their hit from this time.
David is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Linda Reynolds of Louisville, and his daughter Hailey Thompson and husband Justin of Starkville, Mississippi. One of his greatest joys was being “PaPaw” to his grandchildren: Ethan, Peyton, and Kellyn Thompson. He is also survived by his sister Barbara (Perry) Yarbrough also of Louisville, two brothers Paul (Rose Ann) Reynolds of Noxapater, and Ed (Judy) Reynolds of Spanaway, WA, and his mother-in-law Doris Adcock Lovorn of Louisville. He was preceded in death by his father Grady Reynolds, and his mother and step-father Odessa and Harvey Pendergrass.
