Evelyn was born in Winston County on February 15, 1950, to James Henry and Betty Bouchillon Johnson. She is survived by her mother Betty Johnson of Louisville. Evelyn is also survived by her sister Nez Loyd, her brother Johnny D. Johnson and wife Arlene all of Louisville; and her sister-in-law Susan Partridge Johnson of Macon, Georgia; as well as her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father James Henry Johnson and her brother Clyde Johnson.
