Mrs. Lowrey was born on October 2, 1933, to James Orville and Addie E. Hill Cooke. She was a member of Murphy Creek Baptist Church of Louisville; and she was an assembly line worker at TRW.
Carol is survived by her daughters, Rita McGee and husband, Mike, Sr., of Vicksburg, Mississippi; Gloria Marie Bagley and husband, Jimmy, of Garland, Texas; and Jeanie Yvonne Barthol and husband, Jerel; her sons, Dueal Lowrey and wife, Deborah, of Byram, Mississippi; Tommie Lee Lowrey and wife, Gob, of Louisville; and Vernon Lowrey and wife, Beverly Spencer, of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Mrs. Lowrey was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Lee Lowrey; her parents; and son, Danny Lowrey.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mike McGee, Michael McGee, Dueal Lowrey, Vernon Lowrey, and Tommie Lee Lowrey. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 840692, Dallas TX 75284-0692
