Joe was born July 8, 1981, in Starkville, MS. He was an LPN at Eglin Air Force Base, where he worked with autistic children. He was an Army veteran and had been stationed in Korea at one time.
He is survived by his mother, Nelda Lee Blaine of Louisville; his father, Lynn Cornelius of Louisville; two sisters, Donna Gordon of Columbia, TN, and Tracy Walker of Philadelphia, MS; two brothers, Jimmy Collins of Birmingham, AL, and Josh Cornelius of Louisville; his partner, Tim Wilcher of Philadelphia; his nieces and nephews, Brandy McKinley, Kristyn Gordon, Johan Collins, Kaleb Cornelius, Ethan Walker, Macayla Walker, and Jessica Walker; his great nieces and great nephews, Orlando Walker, Zander Walker, Wyatt Eubanks, and Cheyenne McKinley; and a host of friends.
