Harold B. Nowell
Mr. Harold B. Nowell, Sr., 91, of Kosciusko passed away September 15, 2013 at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital in Kosciusko, MS. Services will be at 11:00 am Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following at the Attala Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Wednesday at Culpepper Funeral Home. Mr. Nowell was born August 7, 1922 in Neshoba County to the late Dugless and Enez Breazeale Nowell. He was a member of McAdams Baptist Church and served as a Medic in the Navy during World War II. He was former owner and operator of Nowell Funeral Services, Inc and Southern Security Life Insurance Company. He was a former member of the MFDA and NFDA.
