Dr. Charles A. "Charlie" Waggoner, 74, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at his home in Starkville, MS. Funeral services will be held at Porter Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 17th. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Clifton Community Cemetery in Scott County, MS. Full obituary to follow.....
