Billy Charles Files

Billy was born to Charles William and Sarah Pauline Ellingburg Files on December 20, 1965. He was a faithful member of South Louisville Baptist Church and he enjoyed working at Mary Lou's Biscuit Barn. Billy never met a stranger; he enjoyed talking with everyone he met, making friends wherever he went.An avid race fan, Billy loved attending car races and had a special appreciation for race cars. He was especially proud of his yellow Steeda truck. Whether attending races or simply visiting with family and friends, Billy found happiness in life's simple pleasures.

Billy is survived by his loving sisters, Pam Burnham (Junior) of Louisville and Kaye Neese (Donnie) of Philadelphia, Mississippi; his brother, Ray Files (Tonya) of Stonewall, Mississippi; and his special aunt, Aline Jolly (Oliver) of Philadelphia; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many cherished friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles William Files and Sarah Pauline Ellingburg Files; his sister, Reba Faye Files; and his special niece, Christie Thomas.
Serving as pallbearers are Donnie Ray Neese, Jimmy Files, James Files, James Mayo, John David Marshall, and Daniel Parker. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Billy's first cousin
