John Murrah Yarbrough, 69, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, in Noxapater, Mississippi. Graveside services and interment will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 10 at Rocky Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Mississippi, with Tony Sheets officiating.
John was born August 1, 1956, to John Davis and Ruth McNeill Yarbrough in Louisville. He graduated from Nanih Waiya Attendance Center and later East Central Community College. He was a member of Rocky Hill United Methodist Church. After John retired from his career in construction, he enjoyed reading and walking.
John is survived by his sister, Anne Yarbrough Hall and husband, James E. Hall of Madison, Mississippi; as well as his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
