Bobbie T. Triplett, 96, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026, at Winston Medical Center Nursing Home in Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday. April 1 in the Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Wells officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will immediately follow the service in New Hope Cemetery.
Bobbie was born on November 26, 1929, to C. D. and Mamie Moody Talbert. She was a member of East Louisville Baptist Church. Bobbie loved being outdoors; she especially enjoyed working in her flowers and garden as well as fishing. Above all, she dearly loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Bobbie is survived by two sons, Paul Triplett and Butch Triplett; three grandchildren, Trey Triplett and wife, Melissa; Henry Strickland; and Robert Strickland and wife, Cindy; six great-grandchildren: Odinn Triplett, Freya Triplett, Maria Strickland Shows, James Strickland, Jessica Ronyak and husband, Dennis, and Dustin Bryan; and three great-great-grandchildren: Jayden Shows, Adalynn Shows, and Garry Ronyak. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Triplett; her son, Charlie Triplett; her parents; three sisters; and three brothers.
Serving as pallbearers are Case Fulcher, Corey Vernon, Danny Ward, Johnnie Mitchell, Kevin Gregory, and Trey Triplett. Memorials in honor of Bobbie may be given to New Hope Cemetery Fund, 2515 Raymond Williams Rd, Sturgis, MS 39769.
