Joella Fulcher Bradford died on July 1, 2014 in The Woodlands, TX. She was the daughter of Oakley Fulcher and Elsie Bennett Fulcher. She is survived by her children, Kenna Bradford of Gaithersburg, MD, Beth Bradford Kuper of The Woodlands, TX, Charla Bradford Owens of Brandon, MS and Kenneth N. Bradford, Jr. of Humble, TX along with six grandchildren. A celebration of Joella's life will soon be planned and held in Huntsville, Alabama where friends and family can look forward to enjoying stories of her.
