Marion Vonceil Balius, 86, of Louisville, Mississippi, passed away on March 7, 2014, at her residence after a lengthy struggle with Alzheimer's disease. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 9, 2014, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. The funeral will be held in the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 10, 2014, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Gerald Branum officiating. Burial will immediately follow the funeral service.
Vonceil was born in Estes, Mississippi, on February 3, 1928, to the late Hattie Mae Holder and Eddie Meek Wells Holder. She was graduated Valedictorian from Noxapater High School on April 18, 1947, and she married Daniel Edward Balius on December 16, 1950.
Vonceil is survived by her husband, Daniel Edward Balius, and her son, Curtis Daniel Balius.
