Mr. Randall “Randy” Pierce, 52, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 7, 2014, at his residence in Noxapater, Mississippi. Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville on Saturday, February 8, 2014, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2014, at Union Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Union Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
Randy was born February 27, 1961, to Barbara Stokes Pierce and Roland L. Pierce, Jr., and he was a member of Union Ridge Baptist Church .
He is survived by his wife, Donna Pierce; his son, R. J. Pierce; and his mother, Barbara Pierce, all of Noxapater. Randy is also survived by his sister, Lori Evans and husband, Mike, of Forest, Mississippi; and his brothers, Eddy Pierce of Biloxi, Mississippi; and Bubba Pierce and wife, Natalie, also of Noxapater; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Roland L. Pierce, Jr.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Stalcup, James Hunter Stalcup, Braden Estes, Patrick Estes, Donnie Long, and Rex Allen Smith. Memorials may be given to the Noxapater Tiger Booster Club in support of the high school baseball program, c/o Bubba Pierce, P. O.
