Mrs. Foster was born March 26, 1962, in Louisville, MS. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Hemphill, and her son, Robert Thomas Rogers.
She is survived by her sons, Brian Alan Rogers of Brandon, Jonathan Bradley Rogers, and Austin Davis Foster, both of Louisville; her granddaughter, Madison Kaye Rogers of Lake, MS; her mother, Margaret Hemphill Phillips of Flora, MS; and two sisters, Teressa (Michael) Huntley of Brandon, MS, and Robin (Billy Joe) Carter of Louisville.
