Mrs. Betty Hudson White, age 69, of Barnesville passed away Friday, July 8, 2011 in a Macon Healthcare Facility. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 10:00 o’clock at Rocky Hill United Methodist Church in Louisville, MS, with Rev. Larry Haggard officiating. Interment will be in Rocky Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from Saturday from 9:30 A.M. until service time at the church. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. White was a native of Louisville, Mississippi, but had made her home in Bainbridge for most of her life, before recently moving to Barnesville. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Aubrey Smith Holder and the late Mrs. Eunice Hatcher Holder. Mrs. White was a Retired Professor from Bainbridge College, where she taught for over 30 years. She was a member of the Bainbridge First United Methodist Church.

White of Barnesville ; 2 Sons - Harold (& Kate) Hudson of Atlanta, & Joe (& Darlene) Hudson of Franklin, NC ; 1 Step-son - Ben (& Lisa) White of Bainbridge ; 1 Step-daughter - Minora (& Vince) Edenfield of Donaldsonville ; 1 Brother - Harland (& Ann) Hatcher of Ackerman, MS ; 3 Grandchildren ; 2 Step-Grandchildren ; & 3 Step-Great Grandchildren.
