Mr. Bobby Lewis Ford, 60, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2011, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi, on Saturday, February 12, 2011, from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2011, at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Yellow Creek Cemetery with Rev. David Keen officiating. Mr. Ford was born on October 6, 1950, to Gordon E. and Ruby Hindman Ford. He was a machinist with M. G. M. in Ackerman, Mississippi, and he served in the United States Marine Corp.
He is survived by a daughter, Ericka Mann of Hillsboro, Oregon; a son, Coleman Ford of Louisville, Mississippi; two sisters: Billie Eaves and Sara White both of Louisville, Mississippi ; one brother, Danny Ford of Hillsboro, Oregon; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jay Bane, David Parks, Frankie Deaton, and Charles Yarbrough. Nowell-Massey Funeral Home, 724 North Columbus Avenue, Louisville, Mississippi, is handling local arrangements.
