Kaye Coward Reed

Mrs. Kaye Coward Reed, 62, died Saturday, February 5, 2010, at her home in Louisville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 8th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Kent Yarbrough and Rev. Robert Cooksey officiating. Visitation is from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Murphy Creek Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Reed was born January 14, 1949, in Louisville, MS. She was a graduate of Louisville High School, Class of 1967, and attended Jackson Commercial College. She was a secretary for Watkins, Ward, and Stafford. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Prentiss and Joaquin Rosamon Coward.
She is survived by her husband, Randle Reed of Louisville; two daughters, Jenny (Justin) Caldwell of Columbus, MS, and Shara Reed of Brandon, MS, a son, Eric Reed of Louisville, MS; a brother, Forrest Gene (Betty) Coward of Utica, MS; and 1 grandson, Thomas Caldwell.
