James Derricks Edmond

 James Derricks Edmond, 53, of Columbus, MS., formerly of Louisville, MS., passed on Monday, September 21, 2026 at his home. Funeral Service will be Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 2 p.m., at Beck Funeral Home, 226 North St., Louisville, MS. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.

James was born March 11, 1973 to the parents of James Williams Edmond and Pearlean Danields Edmond in Sumter, South Caroline.

James was preceded in death by his mother, Pearlean Edmond; brother, Cornelious Edmond.

James is survived by his wife, Tamara Edmond; children, Chris Edmond, Miyana Mcgee, Michael Edmond, Nicholas Moore, Kendrick Edmond, Zaria Prince, William Rockett and Jakarri Houston; father, James Edmond (Jossie); grandchildren, Skyla Goss and Rileigh Grace Moore; nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and family.
