Kenneth Daniel Bridges

 Mr. Kenneth Daniel Bridges, 78, passed away on Friday, February 6th, 2026 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 9th, 2026 at Porter Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 9AM until the service begins. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are being made by Porter Funeral Home.

Ken was born on June 8, 1947, in Louisville, MS, to Otis and Kate Bridges. He was a graduate of Louisville High School, the University of Mississippi, and the University of Mississippi School of Law. He was an attorney in Louisville for many years, and a member of South Louisville Baptist Church. Ken was an avid Ole Miss fan, and he loved to fish, particularly for largemouth bass.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Otis Bridges and Eva Kate Albritton Bridges; and his great grandson, Nolan Riley Norris.

He is survived by his daughter, Missy (Scott) West of Louisville; his son, Robin (Ashley) Bridges of Birmingham, AL; two stepsons, Bobby (Kathy) Orr of Starkville, and Greg Orr of Louisville; his grandchildren Kaleigh Allen, Cayson Allen, Connor Bridges, Cole Bridges, Brooklyn Hunter Bridges, Noah (Neeley) Davis, Madison (Taylor) Russell, Denton (Jayden) Orr, and Morgan (Cesar) Diaz; his great grandchildren, Nixon Davis, Colter Davis, Hadley Norries, and Waverley Diaz; his chosen son, Corey (Jennifer) Blair of Leavenworth, KS; and his chosen grandsons Nathan and Philip Blair.

Pallbearers will be Cayson Allen, Cole Bridges, Connor Bridges, Greg Rogers, Nathan Blair, and Corey Blair.
