Adrienne Pickett Burchfield, 44, passed away peacefully at her home in Louisville, MS, surrounded by her family and friends on May 18, 2022. Adrienne had battled Crohn’s disease for nearly 27 years, and her valiant fight was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. A graveside service held in her honor will be at Murphy Creek Cemetery on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Mark Mayo officiating. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Adrienne is survived by her sons, Chess and Hayden Burchfield of Louisville, MS, her mother, Vickie and stepfather, Wayne Snow of Louisville, her brother Austin Snow also of Louisville, her aunt Dianne and husband Brian Corley of Pensacola, FL, and her aunt Sandy and Don Sharpe of Breaux Ridge, LA. She is also survived by two step sisters as well as many cousins and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her aunt, Judy Jones Fulcher, and her grandparents Odie and Pearl Jones.
Adrienne was born on July 24, 1977 and has always lived in Winston County. She enjoyed simple things like Chinese food and a movie with her boys, and quality time with family and friends. Adrienne also possessed a strong faith in her Savior, Jesus Christ which she declared to those around her within hours of her death.
The family would like to acknowledge the special loving care shown to Adrienne by Robin Clark and Madison Womble during her last days.
