Nancy was born September 25, 1930, in Burnside, MS. She was retired as a drafter with the Mississippi State Highway Department. She was a member of First Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. W. “Bo” Shepherd; her parents, Ira Reginald and Bonnie Mae Slaughter; and a sister, Ruth Murphy.
She is survived by a son, Bruce (Donna) Shepherd of Weatherford, TX; a daughter, Sharon Shepherd of Louisville; and two grandchildren, Hanna Paige Shepherd and Laura Katelyn Shepherd.
