Jerry is survived by his wife, Daphne Gazaway, his father, Walter Gazaway of Sturgis, MS, 1 son, Michael Gazaway of Ackerman, MS, and 1 daughter, Tori Gazaway of Ackerman, MS, 3 brothers, Terry Gazaway of Ackerman, MS, Tracy Gazaway of Pine Bluff, AR, and Sammy Gazaway of Sturgis, MS.Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Ruth(Oswalt) Gazaway.ry
