Marjorie was born September 6, 1922, to C. J. and Annie Schoolar Triplett, the youngest of eight children. She has been a member of First Baptist Church of Louisville for approximately 50 years. For more than 40 years, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Winston County Community Hospital and one comment that was often heard when talking to her was “You delivered my baby”. She was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and Mississippi State University football.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Carol Hensley of Columbus, Mississippi; and her son Johnny Hensley of Louisville. One of her greatest joys was being “Grandma” to her grandsons Wesley and Carl Hensley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin C. Hensley, Jr.; her parents; three brothers C. J. Triplett, J. Q. Triplett, and Havard Triplett; and four sisters Eva Dean Moore, Katie Moore, Minnie Westbrook, and Jodie Willis.
