James Edward Holmes, 75, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015, at Rush Hospital, Meridian, Mississippi. Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 1 p.m., from Mission Ridge M. B. Church, Preston, Mississippi. Visitation will be Friday, from 12 noon until 5 p.m., from the Funeral Home. A wake service will be 6 until 7;30 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Mr. Holmes will be placed in the Church on Saturday, one hour before service time. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery, Gholson, Mississippi.
