Mrs. Jeanette Luke, 67, died Friday, March 4, 2011 at the University of Alabama Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 7th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Stacy Parvin officiating. Interment will be in Murphy Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Luke was born July 6, 1943, in Alabama, the daughter of Gladys Green and Giles E. Lawrence. She was a homemaker, and a member of Whitehall United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Luke of Louisville, MS; a son, Johnny (Lisa) Luke of Louisville; a daughter, Debbie Borganelli of Louisville; a brother, Johnny Lawrence of Tuscaloosa, AL; and one granddaughter, Sanci Borganelli .
