Peggy is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jerry Ray; and two daughters, Jan Collier (Chris) of Louisville, Mississippi, and Robin Ratcliff (Bob) of Sturgis. One of her greatest joys was being “Grandmother” to her four grandchildren: Ashley Boler (Kevin), Drew Jackson, Morgan Reed (Zac), and Carson Collier. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren: Jackson Boler, Sawyer Boler, Hunter Reed, and Collier Roberson; as well as her nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Higgs and Frances Hunt Duncan, and her sister, Linda Higgs.
