Donnie Ray Welch, 73, of Cleveland, OH., formerly of Louisville, MS., passed on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at his home. Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11 a.m., from Beck Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 4 until 6 p.m. from the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Union Chapel Church Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.
